Every summer, W+K hosts interns from all over the globe, giving them a first-hand taste of the (crazy) ad world. For the first time ever, interns introduced themselves by inviting the rest of the agency to a party on the 6th floor deck. Lebanese cocktails were chased with snacks, music, and good times. Among the other things shared: (loud) laughs, (horror) stories, (maybe decent) ideas.

Prior to the party, the summer interns introduced themselves to the agency through W+Kulture, a concept conjured up by the studio interns Dinesh Dave, Rahim Masunu and Stacy Lenoir. W+Kulture celebrates where all the interns come from: Africa, Australia, South Korea, and England, to name a few. An installation slowly made its appearance in the atrium, announcing the interns’ arrival. Interns also sported custom W+Kulture shirts during the event.

“It was a lot of fun to hang out with other interns and employees in a casual setting. The agency is so big, it can get hard to meet everyone,” said Debbie Williams, an Emerging Platforms intern.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a W+K party without W+K dogs.
