Photos From our April First Thursday

Last night we had the pleasure of hosting Bunky Echo-Hawk’s exhibit in our gallery.

In addition to featuring his work, Bunky did a live painting on a full sized tipi throughout the event. The event was kicked off by drum group Rough Riders led by Marlow Little Boy. David Kennedy introduced Bunky who greeted spectators and then got started on the largest live piece he has ever painted. Those that attended the exhibit were also able to preview the new N7 shoe he designed that will be put out by Nike later this year. Additional music was DJ’d by our very own Jonas Greene.

Big thanks to everyone that took part in the event! Check out some pictures from the exhibit below and be sure to stay tuned for information regarding next month’s First Thursday.

Bunky Echo-Hawk will be doing a live painting on a full sized tipi in our gallery. The tipi will be his canvas to create new work for the exhibit. The event is from 6-9pm.
