This is an amazing speech. Amazing.
I think it is absolutely wonderful that someone in any industry is saying this stuff. It especially rings true in advertising and communications. There is something quite wrong with a group in a different demographic or social class selling a product/market something to a different demographic based on what that selling class perceives the buying class will be attracted to. It may work, but it doesn't mean it is morally correct. I am not saying that the sellers have bad intentions, not at all, and I think most of them have the best of intentions or may not consciously consider this a problem. What I do think is that more voices will be a good thing. More positive energy won't ever hurt and in an industry that feeds off of creativity, different perspectives will bring a lot to the table.
Bravo for the bold statement.

you speak well and with authority, you don't need profanity to get people to listen.

Inspiring comments. Thank you for saying what needs to be said and doing what needs to be done. Hopefully, more people in the world will embrace the vision of a global family, a global people, a global voice.

Great speech. Very inspiring. I'm so glad you didn't talk about social media. Any chance Butterfly's film will be posted soon. I'm very interested to see what she made.
